DJ Sidecar, AKA Gary Bedell, is a graphic designer, photographer, silk screener, and vinyl DJ residing and creating on Bainbridge Island, Washington. In 2016 he got back into spinning records after taking a 30 year break from stints being a DJ for Skate King and KBCS 91.3 community radio. He spins an enticing collection of classic and neo funk ‘n soul, hip hop, early rock and roll, 80’s wave, jazz, and global grooves.

You can find Gary spinning records at the Bainbridge Brewing Alehouse on Bainbridge Island on select Friday nights, at BIMA (Bainbridge Island Museum of Art) for special events, and every second Saturday at the bar at Café Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island with his Vibe Out! event — a fun and funky trip around the world with classic and new global grooves, all vinyl. Starts at 8:00 PM.
